In this dynamic leadership role, you will:
- Oversee and guide a talented R&D team located in Finland and Germany in pioneering groundbreaking enzyme solutions.
- Drive a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within R&D teams, fostering an environment that encourages creative problem-solving and new ideas.
- Establish and nurture long-term partnerships with industry stakeholders and research institutions to support ongoing R&D initiatives and advance technological capabilities.
- Position the company as an industry leader in microbial technology and formulation by enhancing product offerings and promoting sustainable practices.
Key requirements:
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in bioprocess development or related fields, demonstrating a successful track record in R&D.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive projects from concept to execution within a collaborative environment.
- Strong knowledge of industry standards, regulatory frameworks, and best practices in biotechnology operations to ensure compliance and innovation.
