In this dynamic leadership role, you will:

  • Oversee and guide a talented R&D team located in Finland and Germany in pioneering groundbreaking enzyme solutions.

  • Establish and nurture long-term partnerships with industry stakeholders and research institutions to support ongoing R&D initiatives and advance technological capabilities.

Key requirements:

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in bioprocess development or related fields, demonstrating a successful track record in R&D.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive projects from concept to execution within a collaborative environment.
  • Strong knowledge of industry standards, regulatory frameworks, and best practices in biotechnology operations to ensure compliance and innovation.
