Are you ready to start an exciting venture into the world of gene therapy?
Does GMP, SOP, HOT, BMR, MVSS and WCB ring your bells? No? Don’t worry, you’ll learn! We are looking for new team members to Lead-positions in our manufacturing teams. Join us and you will soon know the meaning of those abbreviations and much more!
In order to succeed, you would need a MSc or a PhD degree in the fields of biosciences, cell biology, chemistry, biochemistry, biotechnology, pharmacy or any other related field of study or sufficient working experience from pharma industry. It is an advantage if you already have some experience of aseptic- or GMP-work, or you have knowledge of quality systems. If you would prefer the role where you are leading a team, you need to have interest and ability to manage people.
We hope that your way of working is systematic and precise, but you are open for changes and independent but a good team member. As a person, we would like you to be open-minded towards new challenges and goal-oriented. You also need to communicate fluently both in written and spoken English.
These positions are permanent and start preferably between February – April. Work at FinVector is done in shifts, but you would be mainly working during normal office hours.

Your main responsibilities as a Lead include project management of your own responsible area OR leading a team of Specialists. In both roles, you would also create documentation of GMP operations and get to know manufacturing operations hands-on.
Manufacturing at FinVector is done in cleanroom environment according to current GMP guidelines. Depending on your work experience and personal interest, you could be chosen to complement any of our existing teams: upstream, downstream, filling, development or buffer preparation team.
