26.9.2016A postdoctoral or research associate position is available at the McGill Vision Research Unit, McGill University, in Montreal which is set within a large and integrated neuroscience program. Candidates should have a strong research background in human vision research and should have established expertise in fMRI data acquisition and analyses, along with experience in retinotopic mapping. Previous experience in Matlab programming is essential. On a day-to-day basis, the candidate will be expected to work independently and will be involved in the design, programming and running of human fMRI experiments and their analyses. The current areas of interest include binocular vision, visual plasticity, suppression and colour vision. There would also be scope for the candidate to develop other research projects aligned with the broad interests of the labs .
