Applications are invited for a paid position as a research assistant or MSc thesis worker at the Laboratory of Biosystem Dynamics (LBD), Department of Signal Processing/Biomeditech, Tampere University of Technology (TUT), Finland.
The research project involves the use and development of Signal and Image Processing tools for live, single-cell microscopy data of genetic circuits’ dynamics.
The position is open starting from September 1st, 2016 onwards. Starting date is negotiable. Very competitive salary and contract length in accordance to TUT regulation. The project continues until the end of spring of 2017, but can be further extended. We are flexible on the number of paid working hours / week and other arrangements.

* Good skills in Matlab
* Knowledge of methods in Signal Processing.
* Desire to conduct scientific research.
