Inside Sales Representative, Finnish market – Agilent Technologies, Inc.

We are currently looking for an Inside Sales Representative within our Chemistries and Supplies Division based in Espoo, Finland.

You will represent the company to the customers in all sales-oriented activities. Focus on acquiring new customers, growing our wallet-share as well as retaining and growing an existing installed base of customers. These activities include quotations generation as well as all administrative tasks related to our internal systems.

You will be responsible for selling company consumable products to end-user users in assigned territories, through multichannel inbound and outbound sales activities (phone, webchat, e-mail). Sales activities require technical knowledge of products and applications. Agilent will invest time on product training for you, especially during the first 4 weeks.

You will act independently but will also support a Field Sales team. Accountable to achieve team and individual sales quota.

This position might also be extended to other products than consumables, such as software upgrades and small equipment, in a concern of efficiency.



Bachelor Degree in Life Sciences such as Biochemistry, Biology, etc.

Sales experience will be a plus, but not a must. As well as being used to working under objectives/targets.

Good Finnish and English level (written and spoken), able to communicate inside the company and understand technical trainings given in this language.

Efficient communication skills.

Excellent time-management skills as well as capability to work under pressure.

Decision-making and problem-solving skills.

Proactive with a ”can-do” attitude and a natural instinct to deliver the highest-levels of customer service.

Comfortable with digital tools (webchat, e-mails, social media, teleconferencing etc.)
