We are looking for an independent and target-driven Sales Manager to join our sales team selling our in-house developed blood analysis service to our existing and new customers in medical research.
We have been serving medical research universities and institutions for many years already and have a solid customer reference base for our end-to-end service. From this starting point, your task would be further to scale our sales globally.
The position is full-time and can be located in our Helsinki office, in UK or remote/hybrid also elsewhere. Our customer base is global and we expect you to be ready to travel.

Who we are looking for
In this position, you:
- Are responsible for sales both to our existing customers and new customers in medical research universities and institutions
- Are able to capture complex technological and scientific details and turn those to simple and understandable sales messages
- Are driven by finding new sales prospects and turning them to closed deals
- Have excellent social and people skills
We are looking for a person, who:
- Loves to sell
- Has experience and solid track record in selling products or services to medical researchers internationally
- Is comfortable being measured and compensated by sales targets achieved
- Likes to think outside of the box and does what it takes to reach and exceed goals
- Has good written and oral communication skills in Finnish and English, other languages are a plus
